Banana Nut Protein Bars, Paleo

  • ½ cup Freeze dried bananas

  • 6 Medjool dates, pits removed

  • ¼ cup Almond butter

  • ¼ cup Collagen powder

  • ½ cup Coconut oil

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Use a food processor to grind bananas into a powder.  Add remaining ingredients to food processor and blend until smooth.  Pour mixture into an 8x8 parchment lined baking pan or bar silicone mold.  Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes and cut into bars or remove from mold and serve immediately.  Store in fridge.

Makes approx. 9 bars.
