Salmon Cakes, Paleo

November 8, 2018

It's no secret we eat a ton of salmon in our has amazing health benefits!  I like to switch things up often and these salmon cakes came to mind.

I grew up eating "salmon patties" all the time.  My mom made them quite often and we loved them.  I used the basic ingredients my mom used but a little healthier and subbed leeks for onion to add a slightly sweet flavor.  They have a great taste and can be eaten by themselves or with you can use any dipping sauce if you prefer.   We pair these salmon cakes with a side of veggies, salad or pasta and my kids also love them in their lunches.  Enjoy!
